These Terms & Conditions apply to all services related to sea burials provided by:

By commissioning our services, you agree to the following terms.
2. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is formed when you submit a request and receive written confirmation from us. All agreements must be made in writing (email is sufficient).
3. Services Provided
We organize and coordinate sea burials, including:
- Transfer of the urn to the shipping company
- Organization of the burial ceremony
- Provision of burial coordinates
- Optional participation of relatives on board
The exact scope of services is defined in the individual agreement.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is due upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations or changes must be communicated as early as possible. Costs already incurred (e.g., shipping company fees) may still apply.
6. Liability
We are liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations are affected.
7. Force Majeure
Weather conditions, maritime restrictions, or technical issues may require postponement or adjustment of the burial. Such circumstances do not constitute grounds for liability.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Göttingen, Germany.
10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
